Cancellation Policy
All program and insurance fees are due with submission of application.
There is a non-refundable application fee of:
Work and Travel: $250.00
Intern/Trainee: $350.00
Cancellations by participant received before the DS-2019 is issued will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Work and Travel: $250.00
Intern/Trainee: $500.00
There will be NO REFUND for cancellations made after the DS-2019 has been issued
In the case of a visa denial, applicant must VOID the DS-2019 form and return the unused VOIDED DS-2019 form via email to info@ieexchanges.com along with proof of the denial from the embassy within 10 business days of the denial. Once IEE has received the VOIDED DS-2019 form, the following denial fees will apply:
Work and Travel: $350.00
Intern/Trainee: $500.00
Refunds will not be issued if the DS-2019 form is not VOIDED and received within 10 business days of denial. No exceptions.
In no case will a refund be issued to participants who have received their visa or entered the United States.
Refunds will be forfeited if the DS -2019 form is returned/received/emailed after the start date listed on the DS form.
Note: The following fees are to be paid by Participant and are not included in IEE sponsorship fees: worldwide Visa application fee of $185.00. SEVIS fee of $180.00 for each Intern/Trainee and $35.00 for Work and Travel.
